CoWork is a community of independents, small teams, and startups producing world-class products and ideas. Everyone here is intent on doing high quality work. We choose to be open about processes and ideas. Everyone's work gets continually improved because these ethics are at the center of what we do. Feel like a good fit? Let's talk.
Our best work gets done when we can move freely from a well lit open work space with standing and seated desks to the cafe area for a coffee break, or to into a deep-dive meeting in a conference room. CoWork has been structured to give us the right mix of privacy and the collaborative buzz of ideas. It's a quick drive or bike ride to downtown for lunch, and the neighborhood makes a walking outdoor meeting a privilege. See it on a Map or in pictures.
Q. What’s it going to cost me?
A. Quite a bit, because you’ll be challenged to grow and improve your work. But money-wise, a full-time desk you can call your own is only $300 a month and comes with some great amenities like free high-speed Internet, use of the conference rooms, and unlimited coffee. Not sure you’re ready to commit? Try out the community for $100 a month, which allows you to hang out in our shared area.
Q. What if I need to have a meeting with a client or my team?
A. We have a conference room with audio/visual that holds up to ten people and two quiet pods with tables for smaller groups. (And your clients will be impressed with our cool coffee bar and lobby lounge. Yes, we're proud of our inspiring space, designed by Trey Cole.)
Q. I’m not super-outgoing. How will I get to know people and fit into the community?
A. We have people of all types here, so you’ll meet some folks similar to you. And we’re all committed to our community, so we go out of our way to make sure everyone here is truly a part of it.
Q. I want to tour the building and check it out.
A. We host tours by appointment.
Q. What's the address? I need to plug it into my GPS.
A. 1040 W Washington Street, 29601
